Evening Moment

The sun slips behind the trees and another day has gone by. I wonder sometimes at the passing of this life, and yet, there’s so much beauty all around me.

There’s something about the moment that the sun goes down, when the sky is dark, though not completely. It’s a feeling that time stands still, if only for a moment.

There’s so much peace in that single moment, a hope.

I love the comfy, cozy feeling. Watching as if from another world. No longer any pressure, just the ability to be. It’s moments like these that I feel truly blessed.
