  1. Deep breaths do help. If I feel nervous I imagine I am breathing in through holes in the bottom of my feet. I breath in very slowly, pulling the air up from my feet to the top of my head. Then I breath out slowly, pushing the air back out through my feet. Doing it a few times is usually enough 🙂
